Terms of service

All treatments will be performed in our Clinic located in Boca Raton Florida. The cost of the treatment includes fees charged by your Doctor, surgical supplies, laboratory test performed in the clinic, and possible outpatient charges. Paying for all these services is non-refundable or disputable regardless of the treatment results, understanding that you're paying for the treatment and not for the results.
